He is passionate about leadership, change management and innovation; using his experience in these areas to make an impact to global businesses.

Michael Ginsburg, MD is a Board Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist. After completing his medical training, including a residency at the University of Chicago and a Fellowship at Stanford, Michael has been practicing clinical medicine for the past 10 years. In addition to his clinical work, Michael has served as one of Sphere’s Executive Board members and as a medical consultant in healthcare related business ventures. In his medical practice, Michael has always been an early adopter of innovative, minimally invasive treatment options for his patients. Moreover, Michael has been using AI technology that has revolutionized the way patient care is delivered. Dr. Ginsburg strongly believes in the potential of health information technology to enable a dramatic transformation in the delivery of health care, making it safer, more effective, and more efficient.

With extensive experience in various aspects of IT project management, customer success and relationship management, Katya leads Sphere’s operations and SAP practice. In her spare time, Katya enjoys spending time with family, traveling through South America, riding a bicycle and learning new technologies.

Ms. Ginsburg brings 12 years of corporate experience to Sphere and is well-versed in the day-to-day HR and business administration activities as well as strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Rita has transformed the Sphere HR function and, more importantly, its people into a competitive differentiator.

Anton Macius is a technology and product leader with experience spanning mobility, infrastructure, AI, and enterprise software platforms. Having worked with organizations including Gett and bp pulse, Anton has led and contributed to the development of high-scale operational systems, digital products, and modernization initiatives across multiple industries. Today, he focuses on building practical, automation-driven platforms in areas such as AI, public infrastructure, property operations, and intelligent workflow systems. Anton is passionate about combining strong engineering foundations with real-world operational impact, helping organizations simplify complexity and scale technology effectively.

Working from the London and Kyiv offices, Luke Suneja helps clients and partners drive business value using Sphere’s global workforce of developers, analysts, QAs, creatives, and enterprise solutions architects. With more than 10 years experience, Luke’s passion for problem solving has made him an invaluable asset to clients and partners.

Anton is a language agnostic software developer with wide experience in different languages, tools and deep knowledge of software architecture.

Anne-Marie is a marketing and communications leader with 10+ years of experience across technology, telecommunications, software, and connected products. She has held roles with IBM, Motorola, ADT, Sony Ericsson, and Nokia, helping shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for complex technical solutions. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and named inventor on multiple patents, she brings a rare blend of market strategy and technical perspective.

With over a decade of hands-on experience as a software engineer across various domains including FinTech, on-demand transportation and real-time media streaming, Oleg's primary area of expertise is designing and scaling software projects from initial MVP phase to enterprise-level solutions.

Oleg Kukareka

He is in IT since 1999. Was working for different companies and his real passion is financial projects. His first project was billing system for Deutsche Telecom, later I had Enova with payday loans and many different financial projects, After that he was working for one of the biggest forex company in Europe with more than 150M monthly revenue. Now he is working in BP and developing one of the most complicated part of the project - pricing and fee calculation. During the last 24 years I worked as a senior developer, team lead, tech lead, project lead, project manager and CTO. He does love development and loves to work with people as a manager.

Olga brings end-to-end expertise across the full IT project lifecycle — from presale and discovery through architecture, development, and delivery. She works across a wide range of project types, stepping in as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or System Architect depending on what the team needs most. Her hands-on approach covers wireframing, database design, API documentation, UI/UX direction, and detailed technical specifications — bridging the gap between business goals and engineering execution. Whether launching a greenfield product or taking ownership of a legacy system, she drives clarity, structure, and momentum at every stage.

Svitlana is a Project Manager and Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience leading IT initiatives in fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. She partners with clients from the earliest stages — pre-sale, discovery, and solution shaping — and stays involved through implementation and rollout, taking on the role of Project Manager, Business Analyst as each engagement requires. Her work combines strategic thinking with technical fluency: defining product scope, mapping user flows, and aligning UI/UX decisions with business intent. Equally comfortable building from scratch or untangling complex legacy systems, Svitlana brings teams a steady sense of direction, well-structured requirements, and disciplined delivery from kickoff to launch.
